The SentForever website permits the submission of communications materials submitted by you and other users ("User Materials") and the transmission and notification to others of such User Materials. You understand that whether or not such User Materials are transmitted, SentForever does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.

Using the SentForever Service

You may not submit through SentForever any User Materials that are libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, offensive, harmful to a minor or an infringement on any intellectual property rights of a third party or would otherwise violate the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you may not submit or publish User Materials through SentForever that solicit funds or services or contain advertising.

You acknowledge that SentForever may or may not pre-screen User Materials, but that SentForever and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any User Materials that is available via the SentForever service. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any User Materials including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such User Materials.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the SentForever service, including your User Materials, may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

You specifically acknowledge that SentForever shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

Dealings with Advertisers

Your correspondence or business dealings with advertisers found on or through the SentForever service, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that SentForever shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the service.

Placing an Order

By placing an order with SentForever you will be deemed to have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the SentForever web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

The SentForever website and Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. We give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of the SentForever service from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Payment and Taxes

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
