Is a premium message sent differently to a Silver Service message?
For both the Premium and Silver services the transmitted messages are the same, and the recipient of your message will receive their Certificate of Transmission in the post shortly after transmission. With the Silver Service it takes a few weeks to personalize the silver keepsake, which will be posted separately when it is completed.
