The start of a New Year, seasonal changes and birthdays are typically times when we re-assess our lives and feel the need to make affirmations to commit to change, grow or improve certain aspects of our lives. Typically we write these affirmations in a journal, or write a list. Perhaps this time you want to do it differently and commit your affirmations to eternity.

From today, 8 February I commit to changing my life.
I will no longer drink to excess, I will cut down to 10 cigarettes a day starting now and stop altogether by the end of March. I will also exercise three times a week.
